​​What is active listening?

​​Active listening is the act of being present with someone and giving your whole-hearted attention, free of judgement, criticism or advice. While I might summarise, offer reflection or ask an insightful question if I think it's relevant, the time is for you.

 

There is no expectation from me, no homework to do and I'm not here to tell you what to do. You just turn up, talk and get heard - you'll be surprised at the insights that can occur! At the very least, you will come away feeling lighter, clearer-headed and more equipped to go back into real life.

Light Listen (30 minutes)

Perfect for:​

* First time clients who would like to try it out

* A quick emotional check in or a 'rant and run' (I'm here for it)

* If you've overwhelmed and short on time

* You just need to get something out of your head

Longer Listen (55 mins) 

Perfect for:

* Returning clients

* If you're looking for clarity (or an epiphany!)

* You need longer to unravel the thought spiral and work things out

* You just have more to talk about (I'm here for it)
